6. Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed on the Site are in USD and are subject to change without notice. PureTHCEdibles reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability. While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or product availability may occur. In the event of such an error, PureTHCEdibles reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price or availability status, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, PureTHCEdibles will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

7. Orders & Payment Processing

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by PureTHCEdibles. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Payment must be received by PureTHCEdibles prior to acceptance of an order. We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Site. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes and shipping fees) to that payment method.

8. Shipping & Delivery Terms

PureTHCEdibles ships products only to jurisdictions where the sale and delivery of THC edibles are legal. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered can be legally delivered to your address. All shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery and valid government-issued identification will be required to verify age. PureTHCEdibles is not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather, or regulatory issues. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from PureTHCEdibles pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the highly regulated nature of cannabis products and for health and safety reasons, PureTHCEdibles generally does not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. In the event of a defective or incorrect product being received, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Any returns or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and must comply with all applicable state and local cannabis regulations. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of PureTHCEdibles or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. 12. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PureTHCEdibles, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations. PureTHCEdibles reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with PureTHCEdibles in asserting any available defenses.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Los Angeles County, California for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

PureTHCEdibles reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site.
